I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pfizer
Interview
Long and very decisive process so you need to be really prepared and focused on what they want to hear according to the position you are applying for and they don’t care if you are so informative what really matters is your skills
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Puurs) in Nov 2023
Interview
I received an invitation up front that I'd receive a Teams link for the meeting, I never received this link. Then, when rescheduling the interview to a later date, I received the news that the job had been scrapped and the interview would not go through. I expect better from employers than to waste applicants' time like this.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer (Hong Kong)
Interview
Interviewed with an HR staff based in China - asked me why I am looking for a new job again and again. I gave reasons on career paths, wanting to pick up new skills...She said that doesn't justify why I want to leave. Then proceeded to asking me loads of details about my current company's structure, management, teammates, supervisors....I raised my desire to keep certain things confidential and she kept on pushing for more, including whether employees in my team are job hunting as well.
Generally a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Feels like she was trying to gossip rather than getting to know if I am suitable for the role
