In-person interview after CV submission. Called me up soon after I sent in my application to the store. Involved standard questions around myself and teamwork and then also a shop floor trial.

Where do you see yourself in the future?
Pick out an outfit for a Mother of the Bride.
Extremely quick interview only lasted about 10 minutes. One on one with the manager in her office. Found some of the questions quite difficult to answer as I haven't had much experience but the process was okay.
Quite easy, some general questions about you and then experience, why Phase Eight and then there was a floor activity where you have a pick a dress up full head to toe
