This was a first round interview held on Zoom. I only got asked a few questions, and it was very fast paced. I would've liked to be asked more questions in order to properly show my skills and qualities.

con colloquio di persona con altri potenziali employees partecipando (team work). Seduti tutti ad un grande tavolo abbiamo parlato e ci siamo presentati. Sembrava fossero interessati a capire le dinamiche di gruppo e come si lavorasse in quanto competitors. Allo stesso tempo era importante avere assoluto rispetto gli uni per gli altri e bisognava collaborare, pur sapendo che la posizione fosse una.

It was a long, but very organized process. You had a phone interview to create a rapport. If you had a great conversation, you were invited to the 2nd round in their office.
