I have 4+Manual testing experience with diff OSs mobile and web apps. They looking for simple manual tester for their 1 web application. Well i was super confident because i was doing lot more than they were looking for . I am SQL server Certified . Anyway first round telephonic interview was cleared and normal Questions , Second round face to face with 6 people 2 at a time with 45 min round each. First round again same Question from telephonic interview.. both ladies either dont know anything what to ask or they not sure what they are looking for . second round From business analyst : All she was talking about Requirement and no theory Question or only Questions like how you log defect in tracking system and what is your team size etc. Third round wow.. all Behavioral Question and that guy was asking and writing down my Answers in his laptop.. it was like i am sitting infront of some psychiatric. Last round was really great Manual tester and software architecture two guys. At the end ask me to write SQL Queries i did it. interview was about to end and only 1 min left and boom another Question paper with algorithm to write test cases on it . I told them after SQL query Question paper that i have flight back in 3 hrs.. n you know from downtown to airport it takes 35 min plus i have parked in garage it was 10 min walk from their office . Do not they have common sense or do not understand? Throughout the interview each team asked me what i m doing and my background again n again plus they did same thing in telephonic interview .. How many times guys i was like why the hell u asking same thing ,, u din listen it in telephonic ? If they wanted me to do Question paper then they cud have ask me before instead of asking me same Questions about my background. Laugh Laugh .. in waiting area they have big TV where they saying interview? Try to reduce travel.. use virtual meeting to save time, fuel, driving less so less pollution , dont waste paper if u dont need to print save trees etc.. I was like you guys cud have done this over skype too lol. So they themselves do not stick to their words.. I have contract job hourly paid very low rate.. I took day off and went for interview .. well 200$ waste and plus they all 6 talk about what they doing and looking differently .. they not sure what they doing . I figured it out from Business Analyst.. they have some old Application and they keep working on it since quite long.. nothing new or innovative .
