Phoenix Age's recruiter Ryan reached out initially to express interest in my online application, and to set up a phone screener call. After the screener, I received a skills test a few days later, sooner than anticipated (which was great). The feedback from the test came early the following week, again very timely. The remaining candidates took until the following week to submit and Phoenix Age contacted me then about an in person interview, scheduled two weeks later. Ryan was very accommodating when it came to my busy schedule. The interview went well, and it was a pleasure meeting the team.
