Very laid back, didn't even feel like an interview. Personable management that felt like they actually wanted to get to know you on a personal level to see if you would be a good fit for the team.
Phone call, emailed paperwork, and chat with a manager. Referred through a friend and hired on during a busy project for a few months. Training courses had to be completed as well
