The interview was great. Manager was a straight shooter, explained everything in detail. Even though I hadn't ever worked in the specific field, he discussed options, pros and cons. Definitely felt good about the hiring process and excited to join the team. Even though I ended up leaving the company less than a year later, it wasn't due to an issue with the manager.
