I applied online. I interviewed at Phoenix Products
Interview
The initial interview was via phone and 30 minutes. It was very standard questions. The interviewer was excited about my skillset and enthusiastic for me to come in for an in-person interview. Was told I would hear back the following week and didn't hear back for 3.

Interview
Applied in Mid-March. Got an interview request via call a week later. Went onsite and spoke with a few people, including HR and Direct Supervisor. It was a pleasant experience. Haven't heard back yet for a 2nd interview or an outright decline. Don't think I'll get the job at this point.

Interview
The first thing they did was have me take an aptitude test. Then I came in for an interview where the Vice President of Operations gave me a tour of the plant. He took me to the area I was interviewing to work in last and asked me some questions about my knowledge of operating a brake press. Human Resources called me the next day to offer me the job.

Question 1
