Phoenix Technical Solutions Project Engineer interview questions

Phone interview which was fairly straightforward questions about resume experience. Then on site interview with hiring managers. Nothing super technical but a lot of behavioral questions like how you would handle difficult situations or employees.

First phone interview was informal to talk over resume and prior job experiences. Face to face interview was with a group of team members to gage overall personality and problem solving acumen.
