I was pulled into one of their theatre locations, where i waited for 1 hour past the time I was supposed to interview and they had 2 interviewers there when i was told only about the one, so it was a little more nerve racking. It was settled once I got comfortable, they asked me about my design experience and program knowledge, I received the interview because I had 3D animated a luxury chair that they were installing in their theatre and they had questions on how i made it and if i could make commercials for their preview before movies. It took them a month to offer me the position and low balled me at 10 dollars an hour to start, which I then had to fight for an entire year to push it higher and they only put it up to 13.50 an hour for a Director position where I controlled/ created /mediated every task that involved design and marketing.
