Initial Phone interview. complete back round check and former employer review. In person interview. If offered a job..You go to take a drug test. After you have passed the drug testing procedure they will have you return to sign and date the contract they have drown up for you and sign all the privacy and HIPPA paperwork. I felt very confident about the job interview overall.
