Picnic Senior Java Developer interview questions

It was a very a realy typical procdcess there was an hr interview at first, then there was a technical one, i believe i was a realy standatd interview. Technical qustions were mostly about object oriented programming and design patterns

I applied for the Senior Java Developer role on LinkedIn. The entire process took 7 weeks to complete. The interview process consisted of 4 steps. First, I had a call with HR to discuss my career background and they provided an overview of the process. Second, I was given an assignment, which was not difficult. There is no time limit, so try to focus on identifying patterns and test coverage in your code. They value that a lot. Third, I had a call with two engineers to discuss my assignment. They asked for my thoughts on potential improvements and challenges. Fourth and final step involved meeting with the team leader and tech trainer. During this meeting, I was given another assignment to complete under their supervision. Afterward, I had a call with the CTO and the head of HR. Unfortunately, I did not pass the fourth step, but the extensive process provided me with valuable experience for future interviews. Everyone was kind and understanding.
