Pictage Inc interview questions

I went through 3 tests. One was to go through printed photos and to explain what was wrong (color balance, brightness, contrast). Next was to edit images in Photoshop, applying basic editing techniques. The last was a test in my skill of photo manipulation.

I was referred from a hiring agency (in which I took a skills test and screened there). I was called on-site for an immediate filling - came in for a day and was hired at the end of the day. The interview was simple questions about my resume and past experiences, if I feel comfortable with data analysis, reporting and budget forecasting.
