I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pidge (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jul 2025
Interview
Beware of endless interviews and free work disguised as “assignments”
I went through over months of interviews with 7 rounds & multiple lengthy assignments- essentially creating their full-year plans under the guise of a “case study.” After all that time and effort, just when the process seemed to be closing and offer details were being discussed, I received an automated email saying the position had been put on hold.
It’s disappointing and unprofessional- they’re happy to extract ideas and strategies but have no respect for candidates’ time or effort. Spare yourself the frustration and don’t fall for this free-consulting exercise.

Everything under the sun related to the JD. They deep-dive into every line of your resume- asking for specific examples, case studies, and detailed execution experiences for each area. Expect strategy-building assignments that mirror their actual business plans.
Interview was quite smooth and the interviewer (Yash Kothari) made the discussion quite interesting and engaging. Interviewing with him made me feel that approaching this company for new job was my best decision.

The organisation is in a very nasacent stage and clearly showed their Internal SOPs are not very well defined. You are expected to know the product even before actual interview. This is a very samll typical Startup setup. If you are experienced, please avoid.
