Interview
It was short and sweet. They asked me some technical questions regarding blood banking and procedures. There were 2 people in the interview. The lab manager, and the lab supervisor. Thay asked the general "tell me about yourself" question. They discussed the positions and what they are looking for and trying to accomplish in the lab. It was pretty straightforward, but I was still nervous. All in all, it was a successful interview.

It was a smooth one, started from submitting my application to being reached out to the sr talent acquisition manager to scheduling an interview at site. And confirmation email was sent and directions was sent on how to prepare and what to do when I get to the hospital.
