Interview
Interview was easy going, relaxed environment. Manager was concerned for the well being of other employees including safety. He wanted employees or staff members who are dedicated to making the company a better place and also those who are task oriented.
I applied on site. They took about a month to call back with an interview appointment. The interview process was fairly easy. It was two separate interviews; one with the HR manager, and the other with a supervisor. The interview were very easy. They just want to know that you are willing to work hard, and be honest.
