Each interview was about 30 to 45 minutes, good conversations and feedback, the process is well structured and the company looks great

They will Ghost you if they do not want you. They told me that I will hear about next steps after interview #2 and then they never got back to me despite following up. Not very professional.

Intro call, meet the managers, case study, final chat. process is longer now with more steps, and approval from upper leadership. Pretty intensive process but worth it! case study is where you will earn most of your points, case study takes 5-8 hours and resembles how prospecting at Pigment would look
