The interview process itself was fine, it was what I discovered at the end of the interview that was incredibly infuriating. I applied for an open department manager or supervisor position, got called in for an interview, and then found out after having a great interview that I was actually interviewing for a sales associate position. When I asked about the position I applied for, I was informed that they like to promote from within for those positions. I left the interview with a bad taste in my mouth. Soon after, I was offered the sales associate position, which I did not accept because Pike wasted my time AND theirs by not being transparent about their hiring process OR the position I thought I was interviewing for.
Luckily a week or two later, I interviewed for and was offered a position teaching visual art. Glad I dodged that bullet.
