Pilgrim Parking interview questions

A phone screening, then two team interviews. The interviews were held in an entirely different office, in fact, it was not the company's office at all, it was the landlords conference room. I found this interesting, and once I was hired, I understood why. Prior to the offer, I was never shown the workspace, or the office at all, nor was I introduced to the person whom I would be working with and sharing a small space with. I met only with management, and within one month of employment,it became clearer to me that must have been intentional. The person I worked alongside while nice, and was a continuous interruption, this became a big issue, as my work required quite a bit of concentration. Every other person who worked there had removed themselves from the area far enough to have a quiet area.
