Interview
The interview process was structured and thorough, consisting of several rounds. It began with an initial screening by HR, followed by a product case interview and a technical evaluation with a senior product manager. Finally, there was a behavioral interview with the department head. The entire process tested both strategic thinking and real-world product skills. Interviewers were professional and gave thoughtful feedback. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience.

Question 1
Can you walk us through a product you’ve worked on end-to-end, including how you identified user pain points, defined features, worked with tech teams, and measured success?
3 rounds in total. The first round is a peer interview, checking if you have the basic skills for this role. The second round is a director interview, the questions are somewhat high-level focusing on your view on the role and the company. and eventually the HR interview, asking behavior questions.
