Initial HR call, then interview with hiring manager, with some tests, followed by partner interview and with the wider team. All happened on Teams due to locations. All interviews were 1 hour and no difficult questions were asked.
It was conversational but also rigorous. I got questions on my previous job, and also asked to do some functional tasks related to the role. I think they have a very specific company culture and this showed.
