Overall, a bad experience.
I did two interviews. The first one was ok; I was told that I was not perfect forthe specific role I applied within the Supply Chain department. However, due to the knowldege and skills demonstrated about Supply Chain in general and Pirelli, more specifically, I was invited for a second interview for another position in the Supply Chain deparment. To begin with, I waited for half an hour the interviewers. In addition, some of managers I spoke with, disconnected from the videocall before the end and some of them connected in the middle/at the end of the interview. This created confusion and did not create the appropriate conditions for such meeting. Particurarly, one manager connected to the videocall was visibly performing other tasks while interviewing. He did not read my CV before the interview and when was his turn to ask me questions, he "improvised" while reading my resume. Moreover, not happy with my answers, he treated me with arrogance. I acknowledge that those managers have a tight schedule, but this kind of behaviour is not justified.
I did not receive an offer also because my CV looked more adequate for "strategic roles", while in supply chain at Pirelli they want more "operational skills". I did not understand the logic behind this eplanation, as the position was an intership and therefore it presumes that those skills should be part of the internship formation. Clearly, it seems they decided before my second interview that I was not the right candidate for them. Otherwise, I do not explain the general attitude in which the interview was conducted. I was expecting more professionalism from such a company.
