Phone interview, followed by an in person interview. Questions included job related knowledge questions as well as situational work place questions. Interviewer was personable and easy to understand. Overall good experience.

Interview
I first went to the Byham House to interview with the House Director. I was asked pretty standard interview questions, focusing on how my past experiences prepared me for the kind of job that involves taking care of others. Later on, a I had a phone interview with a different manager, and I was asked a lot of the same kinds of questions, but also more that were related to being able to empathize with dancers, young female dancers in particular.
