I met with the senior office staff and had a nice conversation about my last employer, future goals, and expectations from the office. We reviewed the job description and the duties required and they asked general knowledge about me (eg. interests, hobbies, values). Overall very friendly people and easy interview. Most important aspect is having a friendly, outgoing, personable personality. They watched my comfort levels and nervousness.
