Pittsburgh Riverhounds interview questions

Definitely the least traditional interview process I've been through. After poor communication from the staff, I finally scheduled what I thought was a one on one interview. I showed up to find that I was actually interviewing at the same time as two other people. It turned out that we were all interviewing for three different positions. I was asked three simple questions about myself and my resume and in the end was basically given an open ended offer to the job.
