Pixcap Lead UI/User Experience Designer interview questions

After going through the interview process at Pixcap, I must say that I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, the process involves solving the company's product without any prior screening or interaction with HR. This approach seemed quite strange to me and left me feeling uneasy about the company's practices. Moreover, I couldn't help but feel that the company was stealing ideas from candidates by asking them to solve their products without any guarantee of employment. Additionally, I did not receive any email communication from the company, only via headhunter which made the entire process feel unprofessional. I would highly advise against wasting your time on these tests. It's evident that despite hiring for this position for a long time, the company still has not streamlined their hiring process.
