Very difficult. After successful completing oral interview. These wasted my whole day working just for them to tell me I haven't been selected. I don't like pizzaexpress. They should think about employee sacrifice.

There is no real interview, they are mostly asking for your availability, the only problem is that there is many student who wants to work there. Therefore, competition can be hard, it's better if you know someone working there already.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pizza Express (Newcastle, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Quick interview - competency-based questions asked, regarding working as a team and experience in the role. Generic questions were quite easy to answer. No experience was required. Friendly team and interview was not very formal at all compared to other places.
