Interview
Manager will call for an interview. Arrive at store and speak with general manager. They'll ask you your availability and position you applied for. You must have one weekend day available. Not always necessary but its the most busy days for work. They can be open from 10am till 12 midnight, some stores are even open till 2-3am.

Basic. Had a few sheets with your normal questions, like, what are your best qualities,what are your worst. What do you expect to get paid ect.ect. After that interview,I waited a few minutes and interviewed with another manager. He had me fill out my information for a background check, and then set a time for me to come in a watch how things were ran.

waste of time company they are lost , they need new area managers so bad , the area manager is not educated, may be she was a kitchen help , she did not know how to ask question, she had no questions, no personality, worried that I am going to take her job if I get hired, I have 17 years experience, over qualified.
