For starters, I walked into the shop and asked for an application to fill out, After filling it out they told me It was to be filled out online only. So I went home and did just that, about a week later I strolled on by and checked up on my application. I was then asked to bring in proof of insurance and my licence for them to copy. They ran those two things through NVR's. [No clue what that is but my common sense guess would be what they use to check drivers records.] a few days later I stopped by to check on things and I was given an interview date. I came in for the interview and things went relatively well. I was only given one interview in which I was hired on the spot and given a day to come in for training. Training consisted of sitting on the computer and completing an informative program, this took about 2 hours. [Which you are payed for.] The day I officially started working there I had to sit in with one of the other Drivers and observe the process of delivering a Pizza. You can do this as many times as you need to feel comfortable, however I only had to ride along that one time. This should briefly describe my experience and hopefully yours goes just as well.

I had a great interview at Pizza Hut today! The HR representative was very friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to explain the job duties and responsibilities in detail. I was asked a few behavioral questions, which I felt I answered well. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions, which I took advantage of. Overall, I felt that the interview was fair and informative, and I'm confident that I made a good impression. I'm excited to hear back from Pizza Hut soon!
