Routine process not too hard but come prepared to talk about passion for food industry specifically. I would say it’s good to have a good understanding of the industry and what is required of a busy assistant manager

Firstly sent my cv in , once they had my cv got a telephone interview, when I passed that they offered me a video interview which changed to a restaurant meet up interview then changed back to video then to restaurant, got to restaurant for second interview, he didn’t have time to read my cv he said or he was just not bothered too, asked me questions about me and then some about working as an assistant manager, Took them a week to get back to me to offer me a job but be different to what I thought I was doing
