Interview
Basic aptitude and personality face-to-face interview. There was an important emphasis on work ethic, ability to multi-task, and collaboration. They are a highly entrepreneurial firm and solutions need to be developed organically and solved on the fly. The managers wanted to understand that I would be a good fit for this environment.
