Long process - seemed like they took a long time to make any kind of decision. Ultimately did not select me after multiple interviews for something that I had mentioned in my first interview as an area I'd need to grow in.
I applied online, then after a couple of weeks I was invited for the interview, which went well as I was interviewed by three members of the company. I seemed to really impress one of the interviewees about my experience with various content management systems & how I have worked on migration projects. I then had to do a written based task after the interview, and it was generally easy to do & I submitted it in time for them. But I was told I'd hear for the next stage in a week's time, however I did not even get any feedback after I sent them a follow-up email - which was unhelpful.

Question 1
Can you provide some examples on what systems you have used?
I applied online. I interviewed at Plan UK in Jun 2019
Interview
Invited to a first-stage phone interview via Skype. Despite asking if any specific preparation was needed, I was not informed that this would be a set, scripted competency based interview (expecting instead a typical initial discussion with two-way Q&A). I could have prepared much better had I known a little of what was to be covered and how. Additionally, I felt there was no adaptation of the interviewer's approach to suit the individual (me). I was excited to have the opportunity to converse with Plan UK about the role, but it sadly was not an enjoyable experience.
