I applied for the position and a few days later received an email update from a recruiter on the next steps in the interview process. A couple of days after that, I received an invitation to complete their CCAT Assessment (this is a personality and cognitive test; I completed some practice tests which helped me feel more comfortable taking the real test). The recruiter reached out a week later to schedule a Webex interview. However, it took almost 2 weeks to schedule the interview due to inconsistencies in the recruiter's responses and my availability (sometimes I wouldn't hear from the recruiter for almost a week and other times she would try scheduling my interview a day prior). My actual interview was 30 minutes and was with a director and two managers. It was a standard interview with STAR questions and they inquired about my work experience. They informed me they were planning to extend offers within a week. A few days later, I checked my application status online and saw a message stating I was being considered for other positions. I reached out to the recruiter to get more information. She stated the managers wanted to offer me the position but the salary did not meet my expectations so she was going to forward my resume to other hiring managers. Another week went by and I sent a follow up email to see the progress of this. I have not heard from the recruiter since then.
