Interview
The quick phone interview did not last long which was followed up by a walk around the facility. I was offered the job the same day. Relatively easy process from application to hire.

What weaknesses do you have? How did you hear about us?
It's pretty good. Much about my working experiences, my skills, and my personalities. It's a good conversation with them. And the office environment is also great. Hope I will get the offer.

Strengths and weaknesses. Just know some background about planet fitness. (Judgement free zone and tell them why that’s so important etc)
