The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
Went in and chatted with the manager, calm and non intimidating
Described the job and offered the position in all of 20 mins before she offered me the job
Asked my availability and what I'm planning on doing with school
Was very comfortable speaking with the manager

It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
