Applied online after seeing the posting on Indeed. The very next day they called me back for an interview. It seemed to go well, the hiring manager and I made some small talk and I asked about his family and stuff. At the very end when he asked if I had any questions for him I kind of froze up and was like "uhh.. when can I start?" Which is really dumb in retrospect. I could have asked how many hours a week I would get or what the pay was like.. he said he would let me know his decision after he was done with all his other interviews. This was only yesterday (3/17) so I'm still waiting to hear back.

I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.
