I was given a phone screening and brought in for an in person interview afterwards. 'I got to talk to the supervisors and the director of operations who were all very lovely people.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The phone screening and interview were well conducted and the interviewers were very kind. Unfortunately, post-interview communication was fairly disorganized. Following the in-person interview I was given a final confirmation date and a rough timeline for onboarding. The confirmation date was pushed back over the course of several weeks, bringing it right next to the start of the onboarding timeline. This miscommunication could be an isolated incident, as it seemed like there were temporary external factors contributing to this issue.
