Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, and we take reviews like this seriously.
Our Best Places to Work practice extends to candidates in the interview process. This said, it is never our intention to lead anyone to feel misled, and it doesn't reflect how we want candidates to feel about their time with us.
While we are unable to identify your specific interview process without knowing who you are, we can speak to how we operate overall:
Our recruiting team is intentional about keeping candidates informed at every stage. When we share who you may meet with next or what the following step looks like, that is our way of being transparent about our process, not a guarantee of an outcome. Recruiting is a comparative evaluation, and decisions are often made between multiple strong candidates right up until the final stages.
We understand that can be frustrating, especially when you feel you were close. What we can assure you is that every candidate who reaches a certain stage in our process receives an outreach, whether by phone or email, to let them know our decision. We do not leave people without a response. If you did not receive that communication, we would genuinely like to know, because that would be a gap we want to address.
We are proud of the human-centered approach we bring to recruiting. No AI screening, no automated rejection emails, and no "robots". Just real people having real conversations. We will always take feedback like yours into our team conversation and look for opportunities to communicate even more clearly moving forward.
We wish you all the best in your search!
