Interview
The entire process took about a month. I walked into my local Planned Parenthood with my resume in hand looking for a volunteer opportunity, and I was told to apply for a position online. The interview was very short, not more than 20 mins. Basic questions about health care experience, mission alignment, hours of availability.

Interview
I submitted an online application with my resume, then someone from HR reached out after about a week to schedule a phone interview. I completed the phone interview and was then invited to have an interview in-person with the one who would become my supervisor. They asked me relevant questions to assess my experience and also how I would fit in with the team. Someone from HR reached out within two days with an offer.
