I had a phone screen with the HR person who was delightful, very easy to talk to. The HR woman also asked about salary at the end of the phone call which surprised me. What she stated jived with what I had read on Glassdoor but was lower than what I was hoping for. I had a second round interview with the direct hiring manager that was also pretty easy going.
