First round of the interview process was a 30 minute phone interview with basic behavioral questions. Was later asked to come for an office visit that consisted of a couple interviews with members of the audit team, a tour of the office, and lunch.

Standard Interview, asked pretty straight forward questions. Was more focused on personality and social fit rather than skills. Interviewer was very interested in my involvements in communities and clubs outside of school.
