I applied online it was a quick process. I did a phone interview then followed with an in person interview. I was shown around the office and everybody was nice. The process lasted probably less then a month. It was nice because I did not have a-lot of interviewing experience but I was able to learn how the process works. Overall a nice company that cares about their people filled with great people.
Asked common interview questions, explained company and benefits. Technical questions. Thirty minutes with recruiter, thirty minutes with manager, thirty minutes with partner. Overall solid experience. Would try again if offered.

Question 1
What was a challenge you encountered with a colleague and how did you solve it.
There was a thirty minute phone call screening with a human resources representative. It was not bad by any means. I know there will also be an interview for one hour with two other people.
I had a over the phone interview first to gain some insight about the company. Then I had a second interview where I learned about the company and talked to 2 current employees.
