Interview
First in person interview with quite basic questions followed by a test on another day related to policy. The test seemed adequate for the tasks to be performed under the job description. However, I never heard back from the organisation, which is a big red flag.

Quite thorough - the questions were standard, but the interview covered all bases. There were follow up tasks to complete. HR were in contact in a timely manner throughout the process
