3 on 1 interview with Principal, AP, and guidance. They were nervous about hiring someone with a gap on resume, as their current SS teacher is a 20 year vet that’s leaving. They talked badly about this candidate and made it seem as if the teacher was at fault for leaving their contract early. Lots of guilt and red flags mentioned during the interview, that the admins didn’t seem troubled with. They asked me to complete a full lesson plan and demo the lesson for a full classroom, without pay. Another red flag.
