Playa Hotels & Resorts interview questions

El proceso fue de acuerdo a lo explicado en la primera llamada con Recursos Humanos. Se hicieron entrevistas con el supervisor de área, entrevista con RH y entrevista de dominio de inglés.

I had three interviews over two weeks where I received nothing but great feedback. After three interviews I was told that they actually decided to not hire for the role until next year. I was shocked by this unprofessional response. I can’t believe that they would not only waste my time but also their own. The timing of hiring needs to be decided before you post a job description and go through the whole interview process with candidates. I hope this company can do better in the future, but I would be very wary of applying and interviewing with this company.
