I was interviewed for a 2D art/animation position by three members of the art team who asked me a wide variety of questions relating to college, my future goals, how I get past shortcomings, and so on. All of the interviewers were very friendly and personable and really challenged my thinking with their questions. They genuinely seemed to be interested in what I had to say and clearly enjoyed their jobs.
