Like with some of the other review, the interview process was split into 4 months with multiple stages. The fact here were so many stages I got through made me feel like there was a good chance of being successful, the reality was a once sentence bit of feedback which didn't really feel that there had been any effort made to be constructive. While it was hugely disappointing, it was also insulting after dealing with the delays and the long interview process. The interview stages were split into an hour face-to-face over Teams, then a practical design test, then another longer 2 hour interview with 3 different people and their HR team. I did ask a question about the process and there was another two stages with this that sounded like they would be a chat with the directors. Sadly, I never got to this stage, so I have no idea if it was a formality. I do think that the designer test I had was relatively straightforward and put together given some of the dross for these sort of tests. Apart from that, questions seemed pretty standard and tended to repeat over the two different interviews I had. The issues were mostly the length of the process, the fact questions repeated and the feedback given was non-existent.
