Plaza Home Mortgage interview questions

Beware of bait and switch. Job posting originally stated salary range of $120k+. I completed a virtual interview with the hiring manager and was invited to an in-person interview. On the day of the interview, I checked the job posting to see that the salary range was slashed to $75k-$90k. The significant change in compensation was not communicated with me at all and I had to reach out to confirm the change. There was no change in job responsibilities yet the pay was reduced. Overall the company seemed unprofessional and failed to communicate timely.
