This company embodies the absolute worst of the software industry in terms of application processes in the year 2024. I applied and received an OA. Upon reading the description, it said that using the internet in its entirety was allowed for help, but any AI tools are not allowed. This raises serious red flags about the company's stance on AI and its future in the development process. But that aside, I'm assuming its because they want people to write answers in their own words -- which you can still do while using AI. But that isn't the worst part. The absolute worst part, is that they state they have "anti AI mechanisms", to detect the usage of AI. This is literally technologically impossible. There is no software that is capable of telling that something was AI generated. OpenAI themselves tried to create such a tool and failed, scrapping the project.
