I recently interviewed with Pletra Technologies and cleared all technical rounds successfully. However, during the HR discussion, I was asked to resign from my current company without receiving a formal offer letter, with the assurance that the offer would be provided only on the joining day. This was not communicated earlier, despite having already shared my expected CTC before the interviews.
Shockingly, On phone call conversation with Chetan i was informed to resign from my current company first, with the promise of providing the offer letter only on the joining date. If they cannot trust me enough to issue a proper offer in advance, how can I trust them with my career?
Such practices reflect poor management and lack of transparency in the talent acquisition process. I strongly advise candidates to be cautious, and to ensure all commitments are clearly received in writing before considering an offer with this company.
